By using our cleaning supplies website we both can reduce paper usage. With the whole of our ordering system being electronically connected, paper usage is minimised in the process. When you order your cleaning products on-line this is a paperless system all the way through to dispatch.

Instead of posting paper statements why not subscribe to receiving electronic documents? You will receive our invoices and statements via email and reduce wastage as well as CO2 emissions. 5. Our In-House Systems Have Been Changing

Not only do we reduce our office wastage by recycling but we are also committed to ensuring our warehouses at Bristol, Redditch, Rochdale and Newton Abbott are as environmentally friendly as possible. We have invested in compactors and have seen a significant reduction in our waste as well as savings in packaging at the fulfilment stage. We also are saving energy in the offices and have taken a number of measures to ensure electricity and gas use is minimised.

6. Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

We make large orders with our suppliers to reduce our carbon foot print as well as sourcing British products where possible. As a group Pattersons Ltd are aiming to be carbon neutral by 2020! A big project currently being undertaken but really important to us to achieve.

7. Redundant Stock

We have regularly, for years, ensured our redundant cleaning equipment does not end up in a landfill but is given to various charities who will benefit. Cleaning Supplies UK is committed to reducing our impact on the environment and continually reviews our policies to ensure continued improvement.
